**About the Company**
Our client, an established business, is looking for a full-time maintenance handyperson/ supervisor to join their team in Randwick.

Hotel maintenance experience is highly relevant, but not required.

The role is Monday - Friday with no weekend work. Single location - little to no travel required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Maintenance Supervisor will be a jack-of-all-trades who uses their experience to manage maintenance on site.

Duties include:

- Maintaining the preventative maintenance program
- Organising for repair of all reactive maintenance tasks
- Managing junior maintenance handyperson and all contractors on site
- Utilising computer, maintenance software, and access control for building
- Working on minor projects and assisting in major works
- Promoting WHS and ensuring it is upheld
- Getting hands-on when required with basic maintenance items
- A valid NSW driving license
- Trade background a bonus
- Experience in hotels highly relevant
- Friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
