**The role**

Without doubt, you can demonstrate that you are a genuinely client focused Mortgage Broker who has completed their Cert IV and ideally any mentoring commitments. A strong understanding of residential lending policies, lender processes and a willingness to go that extra mile to ensure your clients’ experience from initial contact through to settlement and beyond is exceptional. Some highly qualified leads will be provided from targeted campaigns and from quality referral sources. We promote to specific market segments and customise our campaigns can be designed to match a brokers' individual passion and expertise.

An existing referral network is advantageous but not critical as your routine will include sourcing some your own quality clients and referrers. Some clients are also passed through from our existing referral partners.

**This is a salaried position comprising**:
an ongoing base,

super,

leave entitlements,

use of modern office facilities and systems at no cost,

plus commissions

Aggregator, insurance and MFAA costs are covered. You will have the flexibility to work between our comfortable, well-equipped office in Springwood and remotely, serving your clients face to face, via phone or digital channels.

You can be locally based but with a national reach, delivering your own creative, customer focused style.

Current accreditation with Connective is ideal but not essential as Mercury training will be provided.

**The support**

Teaming with experienced finance industry personnel, assistance in loan structuring, lender selection, compliance, building a referral network and achieving first pass approvals is always on the ready. Structured, meaningful one on one’s, regular team meetings plus direct access to aggregator support will set you in the direction of continual improvement and in turn, a steadily increasing income.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
