**About the role**

We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional copywriting and editing skills to join our team at ClassBento as a Senior Digital Copywriter. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our platform by managing and editing artisan experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and utilise AI tools to create and approve high-priority listings that are optimised for SEO and conversion. Additionally, you will oversee a team of content writers, providing guidance on SEO best practices and offering support for their professional development. This position requires a commercial mindset, strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage day-to-day workflows.

This is a full-time role. Part-time applicants will not be considered.

**Responsibilities**

**Production**
- You will be responsible for achieving and reporting on quarterly production OKRs.
- You will manage the production workflow, ensuring adherence to the approval SLA for new experiences.
- You will monitor and maintain the quality of new and existing listings on the platform.
- You will manage relationships and handle requests from internal team members throughout the production process.
- You will execute the SEO class content strategy across our AU website, with a focus on high-priority experiences and categories.
- You will provide guidance and feedback to writers on optimising their content for SEO and conversion.
- Additionally, you will coordinate the delegation and support of classwork across global teams.
- Collaboration with our global content teams and using AI will be crucial in improving production processes for scalability.
- You will own the documentation upkeep of class production best practices in Confluence.
- Your insights and knowledge will contribute to improving Teacher Helpdesk content.

**SEO Content**
- You will be responsible for managing AI like ChatGPT as part of your writing process. This includes creating prompts to generate ideas and articles.
- You will need to analyse data to identify new category trends and use them to inform content opportunities.
- You will create unique long-form SEO content that focuses on our key growth areas, such as categories, gifting, and group events.
- You will edit and proofread written content to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and adherence to our style guidelines.
- It is important that you deliver all written content on time according to project deadlines.
- You will be required to use SEO tools to monitor and interpret data in order to drive organic traffic to our core landing pages.

**Required skills and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing for digital channels, within an agency, client-side structure, or E-commerce websites.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, SEO analysis tools like Ahrefs and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional knowledge of content standards for digital audiences.
- Proficient in prompting and using AI like ChatGPT.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- A passion for wellbeing, arts, crafts and local experiences.
