Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is located just 45 minutes from Sydney, nestled at the foothills of the Blue Mountains and the banks of the historic Hawkesbury River and set amongst 8 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens. Comprising over 100 newly refurbished guest rooms and suites, two restaurants, dedicated conference and events spaces and the only Villa Thalgo Day Spa in Australia, it is the ideal destination for a group getaway, romantic retreat, wedding or conference.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us
- Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Working closely with your Kitchen and Hotel colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food & beverage service every time
- You’ll look after your outlet - keep it clean and tidy
- Understand the menu and promotional activities

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or Hotel environment is preferred
- Current RSA & compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
- The flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
- Great communication - you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- You will be a team player with a service mindset
