Quality and customer satisfaction are important to us. This newly created role will work alongside our sales and customer service team. You will ensure efficient warranty and repair processes, exceptional after-sales service, and customer satisfaction. You will also establish key working relationships with our production and design teams and with external suppliers, installers, and repairers.

This role will give you exposure to a wide range of tasks including:

- Responding to customer enquiries and after-sales service (Dealers, reseller and end-users).
- Manage Service, warranty, and repairs processes and budgets
- Enhance our sales and customer satisfaction (NPS and response time KPIs)
- Scheduling and logistics management of service technicians and bookings
- Actively contribute to our continuous improvement program, implementing processes and systems to continually improve product quality, and reduce warranty costs.

You will have the ability to go deep with technical product information. You will have strong organizational abilities, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be positive and dedicated to exceeding customers' expectations.
