**The Role**:
You will be an integral part of the business that connects the Commercial, Production and Supply Chain to ensure the business has enough raw and finished materials to meet the demand from their customers.

**Your core responsibilities would include**:

- Manage and coordinate the demand planning activities associated with customers and products
- Develop and execute product tactical plans to meet organisational goals
- Provide support in developing seasonal demand cycles
- Oversee planning integration for new and existing products
- Develop and implement a strong customer focus with the Commercial and Customer Service departments
- Incorporate business intelligence, forecast information and sales data gathered from Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and other sources to deliver an effective production planning framework.
- Organise raw material allocations via call-in orders and internal transfers, whilst managing cost effectiveness and timing
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities
- Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans
- Manage both finished goods and raw material lines

**About you**:

- You will have exposure to: Inventory and Trend Analysis, Inventory Control, Tactical Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Forecasting
- 2-3 years industry experience in a planning or manufacturing role
- A natural talent for analysing trends
- Thrive in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use a wide range of computer systems
