Cho Cho San was born out of travels to Japan and our love of the Izakaya. Fun, great bars with good food. We put great drinks at the center of what we do and aim to recreate the energy of the Izakaya. With award winning food and family style culture, we aim to be a home away from home to the local community. We believe in a respectful workplace culture where we passionately take care of our guests and each other.

At Cho Cho San we aim to bring the big energy vibe of Tokyo to Potts Point. We have been awarded a chef's hat every year since opening. Located close to the city with great transport links. We are looking for passionate **Kitchen Hands** to join our team

**About You**
- Positive and growth mindset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Hard-working and efficient and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively

**Responsibilities**
- Cleaning dishes, and preparing ingredients
- Cleaning and organizing station
- Putting away inventory
- Assisting other chefs
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 22-26 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $38.89 per hour
