Essential Beauty Doncaster is a vibrant and client-focused salon known for top-quality beauty and body piercing services. We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Body Piercer who can also assist with reception and sales duties to provide an exceptional, seamless experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Body Piercing Services**
- Perform body piercings with precision and attention to detail, following high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Educate clients about proper aftercare routines and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal healing.
- Recommend quality jewelry options suited to each client’s needs and preferences, offering expert guidance on safe, high-quality selections.

**Salon Reception & Client Relations**
- Warmly welcome clients as they arrive, assist with check-in, and maintain a positive, inviting environment.
- Handle appointment bookings over the phone and in person, ensuring efficient scheduling and management.
- Answer client questions about services and products, providing knowledgeable, friendly advice.

**Sales & Product Promotion**
- Assist clients in selecting aftercare and beauty products, as well as recommending quality jewelry to complement their piercings.
- Keep the reception and retail areas tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process client payments accurately, handling both service and retail transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in educating clients and recommending jewelry and aftercare products.
- Ability to multitask effectively, balancing piercing services, reception duties, and sales.
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.00 - $46.00 per hour

- Rotating roster

- DONCASTER, VIC 3108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Beautician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
