**Hours**:We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions (minimum 0.8 FTE) to suit your preferences.

**Location**:Primarily based at Hutt Street Centre. Home visits may be required as well as visits to other Sonder sites when required.

**About the Role**:
Sonder and Hutt St Centre are collaborating to deliver a unique mental health and allied health service for people experiencing homelessness called Hutt Street Health (HSH).

This role will work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary mental health and allied health team to support the mental and physical health of people experiencing homelessness.

The Occupational Therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver evidence-based interventions to assist clients experiencing disability or functional impairments.

**Experience Requirements**:

- A minimum 2-years clinical experience in any area of adult Occupational Therapy.
- A minimum 2-years relevant professional development and or supervision.
- Experience working and engaging with a range of clients that are engaged/need to engage with the NDIS or My Aged Care systems.
- Experience in the delivery of evidence-based OT assessments, interventions, modifications, and recommendations.
- Experience in an allied health and/or primary care setting working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- A Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current Child Safe Environments.
- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
