Face Value Dental are based in the beautiful Brisbane city. We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm with 1 late night a week finishing at 8pm. No weekends, hello work life balance

**The heart of the role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- Resilient forward thinker with a can-do attitude
