Mercy Community is experiencing rapid growth and enhancements across our services. To support us through this change, we are seeking an administrative expert to join our People and Culture Team located in Nudgee. We are offering this role on a full-time fixed-term basis for a 12-month period, with flexibility to work between the office and home.

**The Role**

This role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Operations through the administration, maintenance and business improvement of systems and processes, including: Providing timely administration support to the HR teams and Mercy Service Streams throughout all stages of the employment lifecycle.
- Scanning and uploading of HR documentation to relevant folders and systems.
- Maintaining and updating HR databases, systems, and registers with employment-related information.
- Coordinating and preparing all HR documentation including letters, forms, and communication.
- Reviewing systems and processes for business improvement.
- Assisting with preparation of metric data reports as required.
- Assisting with the onboarding process including preparing and issuing contracts and forms.
- Coordinating the offboarding process for staff.

**About you**

You will bring to the role your passionate and caring nature, and you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role.
- Strong data entry skills and excel skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong experience to successfully support operation of the Learning Management System.
- The ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement to prioritise workloads.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated high level ability to use computer IT systems including data base management, HRIS systems, MS word and Excel.
