Shutdown Supervisor

**Work Location**:Chichester Hub - Christmas Creek; Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.

**Roster: 8D6R ex Perth**

Reporting to the OPF Shutdown Coordinator, the Shutdown Supervisor will be responsible for delivering shutdowns safely, within duration and on budget.

**Key accountabilities will include**:

- Processing of shutdown notifications
- Working alongside the planning team to ensure shutdown work orders are processed and planned to a high standard.
- Working closely with the shutdown coordinator and scheduler to plan efficient execution of shutdowns.
- Working closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure required and correct scope of works for our shutdowns.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
- Strong focus on Safety is a must.
- A strong understanding of FMG values, procedures, and processes.

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Strong understanding of fixed plant maintenance processes
- SAP experience
- Good public speaking skills
- Managing a budget
- Facilitate and present at meetings.
