Concierge Part-time

We are looking for an passionate and friendly part-time concierge for a brand new luxury apartment block in Subiaco to assist residents over the weekend with queries, booking amenities and services. Experience as a concierge in recent role is essential.

Position Description : The objective of the Concierge service is to provide residents with a high end hotel experience.

As the primary contact for all residents, the Concierge is expected to be well versed in the operation of the building, building amenities, way finding, provided resident services and local bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Concierge will posses a customer centric approach and present well when liaising with residents, guests and visitors. Working closely with the building Facilities Manager and Cleaners, the Concierge will ensure that the building is well presented, amenities coordinated and personal services provided for all to enjoy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subiaco, WA 6008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Concierge: 2 years (preferred)
