In this role, you'll coordinate the activities program within the MPS network. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation of the activities program, utilising both individual and group activities, with the aim of maintaining or improving resident abilities and promoting their independence and wellbeing.

**If you have**:

- CHC30208 Certificate III in Aged Care, or CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support; OR equivalent experience; OR completion of one (1) or more years of training as an undergraduate nursing student
- Successful completion of Certificate 4 in Leisure and Lifestyle (or similar) or willingness to complete same within 12 months
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of person-centred care
- Good knowledge of basic nursing care, effective communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team
- Valid unrestricted drivers' licence and availability to participate in seven day roster
