- About The Role:
- The Consumer Growth Team within AGL's Customer Markets plays a pivotal role in the growth of AGL’s residential and SME customer base across Australia. The team uses targeted initiatives and personalized solutions to attract new customers, ensuring that our energy services align to their specific needs. Through strategic marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and customer engagement, the Consumer Growth will strengthen our market presence by supporting growth, fostering loyalty, increasing market share, and enhancing the customer experience with innovative initiatives.As the Builders Operations and Enablement Manager you be responsible for managing Builder customer interactions (including with a focus on channel operations, customer experience, and our Premium New Connections customers). You will drive the development and implementation of strategies to improve service delivery, resolve customer issues, and enhance the overall customer experience for AGL’s Builder customers.What you’ll be doing:- Leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer needs promptly, promoting value-added products as well as overseeing invoice and payment processing, reporting, and reconciliation activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.-
- Analysing customer data to generate insights and recommendations, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing regular reports, working with the Sales Performance team.-
- Working with the Customer Operation Sales Agent Training Specialist to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities and tracking team performance against targets and KPIs and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.-
- Overseeing daily operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging creative thinking and exploring new ideas for process enhancement.-
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements and conducting regular quality assurance audits.About you:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and demonstrable success leading customer sales operations and exceeding customer service standards and fostering a customer-first approach.-
- Awareness and proficiency in Customer Operations research and analysis tools, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.-
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, providing guidance and oversight, as well as encourages creative thinking, experimentation, and the exploration of innovative ideas and approaches for continuous improvement.-
- Established track record in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business growth and transformation strategies, coupled with ability to manage resources and balancing budget considerations.-
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to enable seamless cross-functional collaboration.-
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales operations and customer interactions.Inclusion at AGL
