**A snapshot of your role**:

- Serving as both the primary and secondary contact for customer enquiries you will help build strong relationships and make sure their needs are met daily
- You will produce accurate reports, and you will meticulously maintain sales data and records, updating all relevant customer information when necessary
- You will be responsible for managing the administration of the day-to-day sales and order management on nominated key customer accounts
- You will provide crucial administration support to the wider team. Your proactive and collaborative nature will contribute to an effective sales operation
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints with the up most professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
