Stepping into the role of a Lead Educator at **Nido Athelstone**, you’ll be more than just a team member - you'll be a leader, a coach and part of creating an environment where all our educators can feel fulfilled and happy in their roles.

As a Lead Educator at toddler room in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team and this collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience in leading a room or team is highly regarded
