**About the facility**

Barwon Health Mental Health Services offers a range of therapeutic services across the lifespan from acute inpatient streams to community based services. Our services are evolving and expanding to meet the needs of our community with a number of new facilities including the Mental Health Services Hub and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre. The Therapy services team is located in central Geelong and provides specialist assessment, consultation and evidenced-based psychotherapies as part of consumers' treatment within community-based Mental Health services. The Aged Psychiatry service is located at McKellar Centre and provides assessment, consultation and treatment to clients aged over 65 years.

**About the role**

The Neuropsychology registrar position in Mental Health services offers experience in both the Mental Health Therapies Team and the Aged Psychiatry Service. As the successful applicant you will be responsible for providing neuropsychological assessment, psychoeducation, consultation and client-centred intervention. You will also assist Mental Health team members to maximize the efficacy of therapeutic interventions delivered. You will be well supported within our large team of Neuropsychologists and Clinical Psychologists across Barwon Health to further your skills and experience, including both one-on-one and peer supervision as well as professional development and skills training.

Essential: Registered as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with/OR working towards specialist endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist
