Direct Personnel are on the hunt for multiple Installation & Factory Labourers to join our client, an Industry leader in Aluminium, Steel and Glass products.

This unique opportunity is a hybrid role which will require you to work inside the workshop and also off site, completing installs with the Lead Installer and Site Supervisors.

**Duties**:

- Machine Operating and using hand and power tools.
- Measuring and cutting aluminium and steel to correct sizes.
- Maintaining a clean workshop.
- Assisting welders and fabricators.
- Working off site to complete installs - hand rails, balustrades, shutters and privacy screens, pool fences etc.

**What we need from you**:

- Hand & power tool experience.
- **Manual Car Licence Essential.**:

- Physically fit as there is repetitive work and heavy lifting involved.
- A good attitude with the desire to learn from the best in the industry.
