**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity to join a Global Industry Leader in logistics. FedEx Express Eagle Farm is seeking an Operation's Supervisor, to lead and manage the team to deliver service excellence

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily supervisory support to direct and functional reports
- Manages daily completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies (including performance monitoring/management and development discussions, employee related administration, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities).
- Performs or coordinates audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied.
- Handles escalated, complex or high impact customer issues as they arise
- Participates in/leads continuous improvement opportunities within department.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a team leader/supervisory role within the supply chain, manufacturing, transport, logistics, or warehousing environment
- Knowledge and experience in effective training, coaching, and people management practices, including leadership development
- Previous all-round management experience is highly advantageous
