As a Dietitian based in our Hamilton Practice you will join our multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists working within the Newcastle region to help our clients achieve their highest quality of life.

**About this opportunity**
- You will form a key part of our multi-disciplinary Hamilton team, working with a diverse range of clients from to pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Consult with clients on a broad range of issues including malnutrition, weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, eating disorders, and other chronic health conditions.
- Work with NDIS clients to assess, review and work towards achieving their goals in consultation with other Allied Health professionals.
- Conduct nutrition assessments with residents in our Aged Care Facilities and implement evidence-based nutrition interventions, including oral nutrition support.
- Work with other Dietitians within Unified Health to attend and present in-services, examine case studies, and discuss new evidence-based practice research in our regular meetings.
- Opportunity to travel throughout NSW and the ACT and work with the team in our Allied Health hub locations.
- Work with a dedicated, motivated team of enthusiastic professionals in an environment that encourages growth and initiative.
- Modern technologies and cloud-based systems are used for diaries and documentation to minimise administrative pressures.
- Be supported in admin tasks by our efficient Client Support team.

**A bit about you**
- You’re a qualified Dietitian with current Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status through Dietitians Australia (DA).
- You’re interested in having a varied community caseload with a diverse range of clients.
- You are committed to providing the highest level of clinical care.
- You have a Drivers Licence, Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker screening check (or are willing to obtain).
- You have evidence of COVID-19 vaccination, including booster and current Flu Vaccination.
- You have a positive, can-do attitude with natural leadership qualities.
