**Position overview**
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our CUI division as a Metering Coordinator. (part-time opportunity) Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides planning and scheduling support to Metering Technicians to ensure that the branch fulfils its service call obligations to Clients, thus directly engage and interact with Technicians and Clients on a daily basis.

**Position responsibilities**
- Proactively scheduling & dispatching PM works
- To participate in labor resource planning with Operations Manager.
- To run the Planned Maintenance Forecast hours, report with Operations Managers to assist with scheduling
- Participate in meeting, both internal and external, creating actions lists and completing in a timely manner
- To plan the daily schedules for each Technician and allocate via BSAL
- Raise and allocate all service calls to Technicians
- To resolve scheduling issues with Technicians as they arise, escalating to Service Managers
- Run daily reporting to check for jobs that are ready to mark as reviewed
- Ensuring current client purchase order on all reactive works prior to update job to be reviewed
- To receive and monitor all inbound calls and determine the appropriate action to address client needs
- To liaise with contract Administrator to update contract data retained in the ERP relating to planned service call hours, site, and asset data
- Uphold BSA Values and Behaviors and take reasonable care to prevent injuries to self and others.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Grads are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge/experience of scheduling, rostering/planning.
- Experience with working with ERPs and scheduling tools. (desirable but not essential)
- Prior experience in Pronto and Salesforce Lightning will be highly regarded. (desirable but not essential)
