You are a talented Compliance Analyst who will support the identification, analysis and management of risks and compliance obligations across the RBA.
Your opportunity is to contribute to the design, innovation, implementation and continuous improvement of the Bank's Risk and Compliance Framework. By using your challenge mindset, and your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills you will be successful in providing expert compliance advice and support to a range of stakeholders up to executives.
**Your background**
- Knowledge and experience in one or more specialist areas of compliance, such as fraud control systems, anti-bribery and corruption, privacy or general compliance best practices.
- Provide support, monitoring and challenge related to the management of compliance risks across the Bank, including support for the Risk Management Committee.
- Monitor and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the compliance risk and control environment, including emerging risks, risk exposures and monitoring of the risk appetite at the enterprise level.
- Support change management activities, including training and awareness, to ensure the compliance framework is effectively communicated and embedded.
- Experience with analysing data and producing effective and well written management reports.
- Experience with using risk and data management systems and / or coding skills to produce new reports and workflows.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment for corporate Commonwealth entities.
