Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass. We cover all aspects of glazing and installation of aluminium shopfronts, office partitions, windows and doors on commercial sites and luxury residential homes.

Our focus is on developing relationships into long term mutually successful partnerships with our team and clients. We are recognised in the community for consistently delivering a trusted product and service from start to finish.

A position has become available for a versatile Sales/ Customer Service/Admin person to join our small friendly office located in The Shire. This is a permanent full time position with opportunities to learn and grow. We are an awarded business and make sure our employees feel at home.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Greet customers on the phone & in our showroom
- Collating information for phone quotes, calculating the cost of materials and measurements
- Processing orders and following up material dates from suppliers
- Supporting the Job Coordinator with scheduling and confirming jobs
- Various adhoc marketing (newsletters) and administration tasks
- Social Media
- Maintaining a neat and tidy office

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn to glass industry
- Strong skills in customer service and sales
- Have a background in a trade or construction company (big advantage)
- Liaising with customers, technical staff and contractors
- High attention to detail - dealing with quotes and measurements
- Calm positive persona is essential
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Use of Google, Word, Excel, Sales and Job Management Systems

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
