Office Areas and Showroom

All rubbish bins are to be emptied and rubbish removed to a collection point. Liners to be replaced as reqEuired (Liners to be furnished by Client).

Remove cobwebs from front entry and internal areas below 3m. Sweep and remove litter from entrances

Damp Wipe entrance metal and fingerprints on entry door glass

Spot clean internal partition glass and windows

Damp wipe client bench to remove coffee rings and spillages

Remove fingerprints and marks from around all light switches, doorframes and doorhandles with disinfectant.

Clean and wipe drinking fountains or water coolers.

Vacuum all carpet traffic patterns

Sweep hard surface floors with a dust mop or vacuum cleaner.

Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas.

Kitchen/Lunchroom Areas

Wipe down all kitchen benches and surrounding surface with disinfectant. (Dishes to be loaded into dishwasher by Client).

Wipe external surfaces of Refrigerators and Microwaves.

Spot clean all cupboard doors, ensuring all coffee stains and splash marks are removed.

Sweep hard surface floors with a dust mop or vacuum cleaner.

Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas.

Remove fingerprints and marks from around all light switches, doorframes and doorhandles with disinfectant.

Restrooms; All departments

Restock paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap.

Empty rubbish bins, wipe and replace bin liners as required

Clean and polish mirrors.

Wipe towel cabinet covers/hand dryers with disinfectant

Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitised/disinfected both inside and out.

Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides, disinfected/sanitised and wiped dry.

Scour and sanitise all basins.

Dust partitions, tops of mirrors and frames.

Remove splash marks from walls around basins.

Sweep, mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant.

Remove fingerprints and marks from around all light switches, doorframes and doorhandles with disinfectant.

Clean and scrub shower recess areas to remove soap residue and then Dust all exhaust ventilators as required.

Periodic Cleaning; All Named Areas

Wipe down all accessible horizontal surfaces of desks (when free of paperwork).

Spot dust all accessible windowsills, skirting boards and low-level areas.

Phones to be sanitised and disinfected.

Vacuum all carpeting, taking care to get into corners and along edges.

Damp mop all hard surface floors, taking care to get into corners and along edges.

Dust all air conditioning ducts and grills below a working height of 1.8m only.

Clean Interior windows below 4m ensuring all marks and streaks are removed

Commercial Office Cleaning contractors with ABN required to service some commercial office cleaning sites in the evening.

Must be reliable ,attention to detail and committed

Honest and trustworthy and able to run checklist/audits for each site monthly.

Must have own car.

Must have 2 work related referees
