Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of **Housekeeping Supervisor **at our location **Robina, Gold Coast**, employed on a **Full-Time **basis.

**The Position**:

- Supervision of cleaners in relation to day to day cleaning, work within building
- Control of the cleaning budget
- Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations
- Issuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheet
- Review stock levels and complete the orders
- Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
- Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
- Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail
- National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
- Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
