We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to work on a Permanent Part time basis (22.8 hours, 3 days per week) at Seaforth Gardens Aged Care located in Gosnells.

To fill your day you will;
- Carry out building and grounds maintenance including gardening
- Supervise contractors attending the site
- Complete regulatory equipment checks
- Assist with general labouring, site clean up and support services

To be successful in the role you will have;
- Previous experience as a gardener, trade assistant or maintenance worker
- An understanding of building compliance and certification
- Drivers licence, Covid Immunisation, WHS knowledge
