The Role

We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist/2IC to join our wonderful team at Gold Coast Skin Centre on a permanent part-time basis. This position is for 60 hours per fortnight, with the ability to cover sick and annual leave as necessary. Shift hours may fall between 7:45am-5:00pm Monday - Saturday. Experience and qualifications as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse are desirable.

In this role you will be:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurately entering patient data in
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- Providing general administration duties as required

You are:

- Someone who has demonstrated receptionist experience within the medical industry
- Customer focused and make patient care the top priority
- Flexible and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A strong team player who positively contributes to work culture
- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Willing to go the extra mile when required
- Mature and have a sensitive approach when dealing with the patients
- Experienced with Best Practice (not essential, but highly regarded)
- Authorised to work in Australia
