**About the role**

BaptistCare Carey Gardens is recruiting for a **permanent part time care worker** for **60 hours** per fortnight on **night shifts**. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

***Duties may include**:

- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience as a care worker
- Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
