**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager the Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our world class efficiency; ‘sweet’ manufacturing lines and internal logistics within the Huntingwood site.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Build team engagement and capability to deliver the daily KPI’s
- Train and coach others to improve skill level and flexibility within the team and ensure that compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to LOTO, WHS and GMP are completed
- Coordinate and utilise team resources to meet and improve business targets
- Challenge and improve current systems, processes and practices to reduce all forms of waste
- Lead integrated work system processes (APEX)
- Day-to-day labour management and disciplined in daily management systems.

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Demonstrated ability to lead others
- Proven track record of ability to drive Safety, Quality, downtime and efficiency
- Highly developed ability to problem solve and Knowledge of CI (Lean Manufacturing concepts)
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box with high accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail
- Experience driving and promoting process changes
- IWS problem solving tools and process
