AE Smith part of the Downer Group has an opportunity for a** Branch Administrator/Dispatch **to join the team located in North & Central Qld. You will be the central contact point for all internal and external clients and technicians, scheduling and allocation of all reactive and preventative field service works. This office-based role will be responsible for coordinating and allocating work to minimize downtime and maximize field resources.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have a proven history working in facilities or field service dispatch / scheduling role for 2+ years. Preferably HVAC, ELEC, FIRE
- Have experience in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Proven technician trade scheduling and work allocation experience both reactive and preventative maintenance work to meet industry standards including business and client set KPI’s.
- Effective written & verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail ensuring accurate data entry
- Strong relationship building skills and works as part a team
- Problem solving skills
- Self-managing with the ability to influence others
- Computer systems proficiency - A Whizz on Excel
