Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for a casual receptionist to provide admin duties as well as be an important liaison between patients and practitioner. To hold a positive space for patients and provide smooth flowing energy in the office.

**Current Hours**:
Approx 14-16 hours a week.

Tues 8.00am - 11.45am, 2.45pm - 6.15pm. Thurs 8.00am - 11.45am, Friday AM.

Hours include pre/post shift huddle (15 mins before and after shift). Hours may vary as we are a 'by appointment only' clinic.

**The role -**
including but not limited to:

- Provide a warm welcome for patients and walk-ins at reception.
- Manage flow of the studio.
- Make appointments including scheduling, amendments and followups.
- Accurate data entry and patient record management
- Maintaining appearance and general cleanliness of the clinic.
- Manage stock, inventory, supplies, office needs.
- To support and co-create fun engaging events such as workshops, talks, retreats and new experiences.
- Attend weekly meetings with practitioner
- Professionally answering/returning phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform opening and closing procedures competently.

**About you -**
- Previous experience within a chiropractic / medical office desired but not essential.
- Must be able to work autonomously and proactively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Thrive working in a fluctuating environment, knowing how to stay busy and keep on top of tasks.
- Great professional presentation
- Proficient written, verbal communication and organisational skills.
- Quick learner and ability to multitask.
- Must have a bubbly, energetic personality
- Warm, compassionate and caring mannerisms

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
