School Linker

As a School Linker, you will work with and deliver identified early intervention programs with local schools as part of the Communities for Children - Schooling initiative.

**About the Opportunity**
- Part time contract role until 30 June 2026.
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 5 hours per day Hourly rate of $36.54 an hour, plus super, access to generous salary packaging

**What you will be doing;**
- Work with different schools to discuss programs that are an identified need and deliver program into school communities
- Facilitate and deliver evidence based programs, community development events and transition to school activities
- Collaborate with other organisations and services, in particular Aboriginal services to support families in designated schools

**Who we are looking for;**
- Relevant qualifications in Community Development or related field
- Experience working in the community, early childhood or primary school sector providing activities and events
- Group facilitation skills and experience
- Worked with vulnerable children (0-13 years old) and families
- Knowledge of the primary school system
