Veterinarian Receptionist

French's Forest Veterinary Hospital is located on the beautiful Northern Beaches.

We have been an established Veterinary hospital for over 25 years and are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our family on a casual basis.

**Your general duties will include**:

- Handling client enquiries
- Taking phone calls
- Making appointments
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Managing accounts
- Ordering and stock management
- Some veterinary nursing may be required
- Liaising with suppliers

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have time management and organisation skills
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and understanding towards our patients, clients and colleagues
- Be able to think quickly and accurately in order to manage multiple tasks
- Be driven to provide great patient and client care
- Have the ability to remain level-headed even when under pressure
