**PANDORA** is fast approaching a very special time of the year. With Mother’s Day around the corner, we are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven
**Casual Retail Assistants** to join our team for the busy period. If you are a pro-active sales professional who enjoys delivering world-class service and you are excited to join a high performing team then we’d love to hear from you.

We are recruiting Mother’s Day Casuals on a fixed term contract from:
**10 April 2023** until
**21 May 2023**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
- Confidently promote the **PANDORA** brand, products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
- Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the till system and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
- Support your Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.

**THE INDIVIDUAL**:

- You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and creating a genuine connection with our customers.
- You have experience within a KPI driven environment
- You take pride in visual merchandising
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Desire to develop your career in retail
- Presentable and well-spoken individual
- You are ready for your next opportunity
- You must have experience within a KPI driven environment
- Excellent communicator - Retail Assistants needs to initiate contact and communicate confidently
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven atmosphere - our stores are often very busy, with long queues of customers waiting to be served
- A positive, “can-do” attitude, an individual who enjoys as working as one part of a successful team Casual
- Flexible approach; Retail Assistants work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays
