**About your new role**
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Better Rehab, your day could include:
- Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their behaviours and needs, designing behaviour support plans and advocating on their behalf.
- Ongoing support and intervention aligned to the prescribed Behavioural Support Plans as well as recommendations for plan improvement.
- Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions aged 0 to 65, including complex care, intellectual disabilities, communication difficulties, mental health and behaviours of concern
- Training and supporting colleagues, providers and families to implement behaviour support plans and related strategies
- Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team

**About you**
- You are passionate about making a difference
- You have tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Applied Behavioural Analysis or BCBA accreditation (Desirable)
- Understanding of restricted practices and the role of the Quality and Safeguards Commission
- You embody Better Rehab’s values
- You have your own car and a valid driver’s license
- You can provide evidence of relevant rights to work as well as proof of COVID vaccinations
