The first line technician is responsible for providing the front-end and escalated support to our clients and is essentially the face of the business.

**Position Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Level 1 Support Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role you will report to the Director/Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for the following:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve first line Workstation, Network and Server problems
- Manage service desk escalations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve basic Voice related service tickets following basic troubleshooting steps (Training will be provided)
- Manage and deliver minor projects (Workstation setup and delivery, Basic Network changes)
- Configure and install new routers and switches
- Working with the Microsoft 365 suite of products and services
- Working onsite at client sites from time to time under supervision where required
- Backup monitoring and escalation where required
- Assist with client phone calls when required
- Document and Log all time in CRM

**About You**

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:

- An IT degree or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with the ITIL Framework
- Exceptional customer service
- A “can do” attitude
- The desire to constantly improve
- PSA (Connectwise/Autotask or similar) suite experience (highly regarded)
- MSP experience (highly regarded)
- 3CX, Azure, Microsoft 365 suites and Cisco Industry certifications (highly regarded)

**Salary**

If successful, you will be paid a salary of $70,000 per annum.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
