We are looking for Marketing Officer located in Shellharbour NSW

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for advertising and marketing the business products and services;
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for remedial massage service
- Conducting market research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Collecting and analysing data and other statistical information;
- Planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and new shop opening strategy of the company;
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, etc.;
- Maintaining and updating customer database and pricing pages;
- Maintaining stable and healthy relationships with customers, suppliers and commercial institutes.
- Research and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, demographics,and other information that affects marketing
- Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotion activities;
- Maintains the department‘s budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective
- Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures.

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in business or marketing;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Software skills;
- Great attention to detail;
- At least 3 years of previous marketing experience in the health care and health allied industry;
- At least 5 years of previous experience in account service and customer service;
- Excellent performance in photography;
- Adaptable to frequent business trips.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
