**About the role**:
Due to business expansion, our client, a well-established plumbing & air-conditioning company, is seeking a motivated Trades Assistant to work in the SE Melbourne area on a full time, permanent basis.

The role involves assisting trades-people carrying out plumbing & mechanical air-conditioning work, use of hand tools, general lifting.

**About you**:
You are a solid team worker who uses initiative working in a team environment. Able to work under Supervision, you are dependable and will complete allocated tasks to a high quality in conjunction with your team.

You will bring:

- Some mechanical understanding and/or knowledge of wood-working
- Familiarity with hand & power tools
- Drivers licence
- High degrees of accountability
- Ability to take initiative & looks for tasks to be completed
- Awareness of & adherence to Health & Safety rules
- White Card (can be provided for right applicant)
- Good presentation
