This fantastic opportunity is for a highly motivated sales professional, to lead a dedicated retail sales team. As **Store Manager** at our Nunawading store you will report to the Area Leader, and take ownership to drive the store's sales, operations and overall team performance.

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Driving KPI's to meet and exceed personal/store targets
- Lead, inspire and motivate the sales team
- Monitor and mange team performance
- Executing company local marketing campaigns, and business networking
- Analyse stock levels and merchandise stock to maximise sales

This role will also manage our thriving pop-up / kiosk sites, across various shopping centres in the local area.

**About you**

You will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. As Store Manager you will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude as well as:

- Demonstrated experience in running a successful sales team
- Previous experience with stock management and external suppliers
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- You will bring a willingness to learn new skills and an eagerness to further develop your current leadership skills
- A track record of achieving KPIs and targets
- Flexibility to work a 7 day a week on a rotating roster is essential
