**The Role**

Join our clinical team at The Endocrine and Metabolic Centre. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is an integral member of our health care team, providing care to patients within our multidisciplinary setting.

What it involves:

- Delivery of clinical care across both group and individual settings.
- Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment and management plans.
- Assisting our multi-disciplinary team approach to the treatment and management of chronic health care conditions.
- Contributing to case conferences for your patients.
- Client load is a varied mix covering musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation, chronic diseases and general health and wellbeing.
- Current registration with ESSA
- Experience and passion helping patients manage chronic health conditions.
- A focus on the delivery of quality patient care
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive and passion for Exercise Physiology and changing clients’ lifestyles
- Ability to actively participate and contribute to multidisciplinary case conferences
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other health care professionals within the team

**About The Endocrine and Metabolic Centre**:
We are a fun and vibrant team of medical and health care professionals. We provide a unique blend of medical specialist and allied health services. Our main clinic, based in Caulfield, Victoria, includes a team of Medical Specialists (Endocrinologists), Allied Health practitioners and Nurse Practitioner working together to provide collaborative multidisciplinary care.

We are seeking one full-time Accredited Exercise Physiologist to work within our Healthcare Team. This role is based at our Caulfield clinic which provides access to our own full private gym facility and private consulting rooms for you to see clients. Full administrative support is provided so you can focus on spending time with your clients. As well as having a full client load and regular flow of referrals to commence.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
