Factory Foreman

The primary purpose of the Factory Foreman role is to assist the overall Factory manufacturing facility efficiency and operations to ensure:

- Daily set up for production line including material preparation for tradesOpening and/or closing the facility for all employees and contractors
- Monthly, weekly, and daily stock control
- Plant is maintained in a clean and efficient state
- Plant operates in a safe manner and is compliant with OH&S regulations/ISO protocols as directed by OHS officer and/or Production Manager
- Great communication with other team members including Production Manager, Onsite Project Managers, Contractors, Office and QA/ logistics staff
- Production system operates to “lean” Principles, is efficient and cost effective
- Setting up of Chassis in a timely manner
- Preparation and pack up of homes, completion of checklist and home ready for dispatch/transport
- Working in a disciplined manner under direction of the Production Manager to ensure maximum efficiency of time
- Oversee and Coordinate Factory hand staff, set out daily tasks in accordance with factory facility efficiency
- Ad hoc Administration and Factory tasks as directed by the Production Manager in their absence
- Working as a team player.

**Salary**: From $86,547.82 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bendigo, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
