**About the role at TAL Insurance**

As a member of the Marketing Content Team, the core function of this role is to take a marketing brief and generate inspiring copy solutions that grab the attention of the target audience. Working across a variety of channels (including eDMs, websites, brochures, blogs,

social media, video etc.) the role creates copy for marketing material that engages, educates, drives action and simplifies complex life insurance products. This role requires a personality that has a flair for words, loves copywriting and is

**Responsibilities**
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
- Content Development - Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts the relevant audiences
- Marketing analytics and reporting - Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment
