**About this role**:
As a Team Member Relations Advisor based in the Australian head office in Brisbane, you will support the Team Member Relations (TMR) strategy, policies, practices and activities that are consistent with Applied Medical’s strategic and operational direction and goals. The purpose of the position is to provide support to a wide range of company initiatives with the key focus on developing and supporting team members to enable growth and changes as well as supporting the delivery of a range of TMR initiatives and projects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist with TMR communication, activities, initiatives and programs;
- Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding;
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation to align with best practice and legal requirements;
- Support in the development and implementation of team member well-being, engagement and retention programs;
- Support Workplace Health and Safety initiatives, documentation and procedure development;
- Assist with communication channels to team members and managers.
- Observe all health and safety policies and procedures and taking all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others; and
- Work within and actively promoting Applied's corporate strategies, policies, procedures and team member conduct policy.

***About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant degree;
- 2 years or more work experience in a Human Resource or recruitment role;
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, empathy and tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters;
- Effective time management;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Confident written and oral communicator, with proven ability to engage and build relationships with other team members and stakeholders;
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team;
- Some knowledge of relevant legislation, including Fair Work Act, Equal Employment Opportunity and Discrimination legislation;
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and capacity to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities; and
- High level of computer literacy.
