Position Title: Sound & Lighting Technician for Events

Based in: Banksmeadow NSW 2019

**Salary**: $75,000 + Superannuation

We are looking for an experienced Sound/Lighting Technician for an immediate start.

This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney NSW.

You will require extensive knowledge of and experience working with speakers, mixers, microphones, truss, draping, dmx lighting and projectors.

You will need to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

- Expertise in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and Lighting
- Operates audio equipment to enhance and record speeches & musicians.
- Knowledge of Musician & Band Audio Requirements
- Understanding Venue, Stage & Party Lighting
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience working together with Event Planners
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in event production and stage design.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Entertainment Industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Event Audio/Lighting: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
