**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operations of the store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service, and the building and nurturing of a loyal customer base. You will be responsible for...
- Cultivating relationships with customers
- Supporting the manager in daily operational procedures
- Maintaining stock management & visual merchandising
- Ensuring the store aesthetics are always superb
- Maintaining an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere
- Communicating styling advice based on in-depth knowledge of product & brand aesthetic
- Striving to achieve sales targets and company KPIs

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in high-end retail customer service an advantage
- Exceptional customer service & presentation
- Previous experience in a fashion / sales role desirable
- Highly motivated and driven in your role with a keen eye for detail
