We are a well established company providing our plumbing services across the Sydney Metropolitan area. Our services include Strata Maintenance, Commercial Projects and Residential Jobs.

A position has become available for an Office Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Dural. You will providing support to the everyday operations of the team and reporting to the Office Manager.

**Duties**:

- Answering and directing calls in a polite and professional manner
- Data entry and strong document control
- Maintaining the database
- Photocopying and filing
- Assisting with accounts receivable duties
- Meeting preparation and minute taking
- Organise and assist the office manager with company events
- General administrative and clerical support duties

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years’ experience in an administration role
- Building trade industry, highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and goal orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with ServiceM8/SmartTrade advantageous
- Own transport required

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday:

- 9.00am to 5.00pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
