**The Company**

This reputable property group has a growing portfolio right across Australia. Working in their retail property team, and based at one of their shopping centres, is an opportunity for a proactive Facilities Manager to join their team.

**The Opportunity**

This is a great role for someone to cut their teeth on a smaller asset and fine tune their skills, whilst working for a reputable nationwide property group.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supervising contractors
- Responding to tenant requests
- Coordinating and inspecting fit outs
- Monitoring the operations of the centre
- Budgeting, forecasting & capital expenditure
- OH&S
- Risk management
- Maintenance prevention
- Resource management

To be successful in this role you will ideally
- Experience working with budgets and managing subcontractors in shopping centres
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Open to existing facilities managers or facilities assistants ready to step up
