**About Australian Brushware**
The Australian Brushware Corporation/DIY Resolutions group of companies are importers, distributors and manufacturers of Monarch painting tools and flat packed storage products including the Kaboodle brand - for kitchens, laundries and bathrooms.
These products are distributed to leading retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
A fulltime permanent Warehouse Supervisor is now required for Australian Brushware’s busy warehouse in Campbellfield. Please note the warehouse will move to a brand new facility in Craigieburn in late 2024.
**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this permanent day shift position will involve supervising about 20 staff.
- Fast-paced position overseeing staff and ensuring the team meets deadlines and KPIs.
- Hands-on role - must assist with manual handling and forklift operation when required.
- Run toolbox talks and ensure staff adhere to OH&S polices & procedures.
- Day shift hours - 6am start (Monday to Friday).
**About You**
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Strong people management skills and previous experience in a supervisor or team leader position in a fast-paced warehouse with RF scanning systems.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to your duties and commitment to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse OH&S procedures and the ability to monitor and address safety hazards.
- Strong understanding of WMS systems and ability to adapt to new software (Pronto).
- Current LF forklift licence.
