About the role

As a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Consultant you will support the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects across Lifeblood’s project portfolio. You will ensure project management best practice in a way that encourages collaboration, standardisation, and overall improvement in project results. You will offer strategic and operational support and continually look for ways to optimise work processes adapting your approach to achieve great outcomes.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven track record of delivering a variety of projects/programs in diverse and complex organisations

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and processes

Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of the project lifecycle and a practical understanding of the artefacts usually associated with each stage in the lifecycle

Demonstrated experience in reviewing, gathering, collating, analysing, and presenting data with ability to formulate well supported recommendations

Experience in providing written reports to senior management, executives, and boards

Demonstrated excellent communication (written and verbal)

A high level of organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously and with limited direction

An adaptable and customer focused mindset

This is a fixed term full-time position with a hybrid WFH/Office position with flexibility on location.
